With the current changes in who can receive Covid-19 Moderna Booster Vaccinations we have opened up additional appointments during the week.  Earlier we opened up slots on Wednesday Dec. 3rd and later as that day filled up we added more times of Friday Dec. 6th.  

Anyone over the age of 18 and who had their 2nd Moderna or Pfizer vaccination at least 6 months ago are now eligible.  Patients who had J&J should call a speak with the pharmacy.

 You can also make appointments during these time slots for 1st or 2nd Moderna vaccinations
You can also make an appointment for any of our other vaccines, including Flu and Pneumonia vaccinations at our web site.
San Juan County Health Department may also be offering Covid-19 Vaccinations, you should either call the County Health Department (360-378-4474) or go to their website .

We will not be offering any Saturday clinics for Covid-19 Moderna Third shots until further notice.  The San Juan County Health Department is holding a Lopez vaccination clinic on Friday 11/19/21.  

You should either call the County Health Department (360-378-4474) or go to their website to make an appointment for these Covid-19 Moderna 3rd Shots.

 Lopez Island Pharmacy will continue to offer Covid-19 Moderna vaccinations every Wednesday for first and second doses, and also for full third doses for immunocompromised patients.  You can make an appointment on this website for those Wednesday vaccinations. 

Flu shots are also available on our website.

All our appointments for the upcoming November 6th Covid-19 3rd shoots are full. We will open up appointments for the next clinic on Monday Nov. 8th between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m.  
Flu shots for those over and under 65 years of age are available now though, at the top of our web page or here, scroll down to the two offered flu shots.  Open dates are highlighted in black.

We are holding a Moderna ONLY 3rd shot clinic at Grace Church on November 6th for those that meet the criteria.  Make an appointment as soon as possible on this  site under appointments..
Moderna Covid-19 Vaccination for boosters and 1st shots.

Moderna Covid-19 third vaccinations(Boosters) have been authorized for a number of patient groups.(effective 10/14/2021)
Generally those patients meeting any of  the below points will qualify for a Covid Booster
1. Patients over 65
2.  Patients with specific medical conditions and
3.  Those working in areas where they may be at risk for exposure.
Make an appointment for a Moderna Covid vaccination and then do the Covid-19 consent form to determine your eligibility for a booster vaccine.
You can complete a Covid-19 consent questionaire form that will help us determine if you qualify for a Covid-19 booster
 We are also continuing to do Covid-19 first and second shots for those individuals that qualify for Moderna (age 18 and up).  Appointments for Moderna vaccinations are also available at the same link on our web page.

We have received flu vaccine for those 65 years old and older, as well as flu vaccine for those under age 65, and we encourage you to make an appointment as soon as possible.  You can make an appointment under appointments above or by following this link.  If you have immediate travel plans that these appointments don’t work for you please call the pharmacy (360-468-2616), we have blocked off special times for these cases.

We have given 1,600 vaccinations on Lopez Island however if you are one of the few individuals wanting a Covid-19 vaccine we do have an option for you.

We are giving Moderna Covid-19 vaccinations every Wednesday, for 1st, 2nd, and booster shots IF you qualify for the booster.   please call the pharmacy with questions, 360-468-2616 or you may make an appointment on this web site.
